The Assistant Ticket Services Manager is responsible for aiding the Ticket Services Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the Ticket Services department, including training and supervising staff, creating staff schedules, supervising performance Will Call, overseeing outgoing sales calls and strategies, resolving patron queries and problems, processing ticket orders, subscriptions and internal ticket requests, and assisting with Tessitura set-up and data maintenance.
Ticketing, managerial, and customer service experience required; Tessitura knowledge is a plus. Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Must have strong customer service and problem solving skills. Position requires evenings and weekends.
