A leading play publishing and licensing company is seeking an experienced FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST with the ability to multi-task in a high volume phone-based environment.
Responsibilities: Welcome visitors in person or on the telephone; answering questions from the public via telephone and email; distribution of faxes, email and mail; screening visitors and service providers.
Punctual, professional and organized. Customer focused; Excellent telephone skills, verbal and written communication; Courteous and friendly, sometimes under pressure and during high volume periods; Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook; Experience with facsimile, personal printers & large capacity copier machines; Ability to be confidential regarding high profile clients; and, knowledge of theatre industry preferred.
