I Got Fired: The Sort-of-True Revenge Musical

Description:

Seeking a film intern with experience who will assist the producers of a theatrical musical in documenting the pre-production process for a series of web shorts. Duties may include attending production meetings, readings, concerts and theatre visits, as well as taking charge of the post-production work. Throughout the process, this person, while guided by the producers’ concept, will be given creative license to shape and co-direct the final product. We hope this can be an exciting job for someone who loves theatre and wants to build a portfolio. Students are encouraged to apply. Must have their own camera (doesn’t need to be too fancy) and editing software.

Begin: September 2014
End: January 2015
Location: NYC

Schedule: very flexible (much of time will be spent in post-production)

Compensation: $75/month, travel stipend based on schedule
