It was another busy year on The Great White Way. A total of 44 different shows, a mix of plays, musicals, concert evenings and one-person productions, celebrated their opening nights on Broadway in the year 2012. Playbill.com has pictures of each one.

The year started out with The Gershwins' Porgy and Bess, opening Jan. 12, and ended with the launch of Glengarry Glen Ross on Dec. 8.
