Synopsis:
Williams' 1955 drama concerns a dying patriarch, Big Daddy, who is trying to decide whether to leave his huge plantation to his weasly son Gooper or his brooding son Brick. Big Daddy prefers Brick, but Brick has some dark secret that is causing him to ignore his hotblooded wife, Maggie. Can Maggie induce Brick to snap out of his funk and father a child (and heir)?
