Synopsis:
The play focuses on the clash of wills between Barbara Undershaft, who has forsaken a life of affluence to join the Salvation Army, and her estranged father, a munitions manufacturer and the wealthiest man in the world. When father attempts to convert daughter through his charitable contributions to the Salvation Army, a rousingly funny showdown occurs.
