Q2: I lost my password and/or would like to change my email address. Help!
A: Please click on the Member Services link to change your email address and/or have a lost password sent to you.
Q3: How do I unsubscribe from the club and/or emails?
A: Please click on the Member Services link to unsubscribe from the club and/or emails.
Q4: What is the cost of joining the club?
A: At the present time there are no fees associated with being a Playbill Club Member. You may incur fees charged by ticket vendors when ordering tickets, however.
Q5: I'm trying join the club but am getting a "Your member name has already been taken" message.
A: Chances are you joined previously and don't remember. Click on the Club Offers link and in the "Forgot your password" area, click to have your password emailed to you.
Q6: My password is not being accepted.
A: Remember your password is case sensitive and must be entered in the exact case it was entered when you joined. Your membership has been confirmed.
