News Skinner, Tartaglia and Jenkins to Join Wheatley for Drama Book Shop Discussion Sharon Wheatley — the Broadway actress who penned "'Til the Fat Girl Sings, From an Overweight Nobody to a Broadway Somebody, a Memoir" — will host an evening of inspirational stories and songs Nov. 15 at the Drama Book Shop's Arthur Seleen Theatre.

The 6 PM evening will include a performance by Rosie's Broadway Kids as well as interviews with Tony-winning book writer Jeff Whitty and actors Emily Skinner, John Tartaglia, Capathia Jenkins, Sarah Uriarte Berry and Jacquelyn Piro Donovan. The artists will discuss the obstacles they've overcome to achieve success and what each feels is his or her biggest achievement. Sharon Wheatley appeared in the Las Vegas production of Avenue Q and in the Broadway musicals Cats, The Phantom of the Opera and Les Misérables. "'Til the Fat Girl Sings" was published in June 2006.
