News Norbert Leo Butz, Jez Butterworth, Mary Beth Peil and More Set for Atlantic's Bring It On Home Gala Atlantic Theater Company will present its annual spring gala Bring It On Home, an evening of soul music celebrating the re-opening of the company's renovated Linda Gross mainstage theatre, March 5 at the Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers.

The evening, which celebrates the $8 million renovation, will begin at 6:30 PM with cocktails and music followed by a dinner, performance and live auction at 7:30 PM.

Scheduled to appear at Bring It On Home are Larry Bryggman (Festen), Jez Butterworth (Jerusalem), Norbert Leo Butz (Catch Me If You Can), Kathryn Erbe (The Grapes of Wrath), Giancarlo Esposito (Cat on a Hot Tin Roof), Amanda Green (High Fidelity), James Monroe Iglehart (Memphis), Peter Maloney (West Side Story), Eloise Mumford (Speed-the-Plow), Elizabeth Olsen (Impressionism), singer-songwriter Joan Osborne, Mary Beth Peil (Follies) and Isiah Whitlock, Jr. (The Iceman Cometh).

Items up for bid at Bring It On Home include a 10-day retreat to Thailand; a stay in Paris at the Four Seasons George V with dining from Alain Ducasse; and a trip to Los Angeles including accommodations at the Beverly Hills Hotel and dinner with Atlantic ensemble members William H. Macy and Felicity Huffman.

Proceeds from the event will benefit Atlantic's productions, new play development initiatives and arts education programs for more than 3,000 public school students across New York City.

Past Atlantic galas have saluted Emmy and Golden Globe winner Felicity Huffman, Atlantic co-founders William H. Macy and David Mamet as well as Academy Award winner Mary Steenburgen and husband Emmy and Golden Globe winner Ted Danson. Atlantic Theater Company, under the artistic direction of Neil Pepe and managing direction of Jeffory Lawson, is an award-winning Off-Broadway theatre. The plays in the Atlantic repertory, from both new and established playwrights, are "boldly interpreted by today's finest theater artists and resonate with contemporary audiences."
